Pictures of our week and weekend!!

So it has been a great week. We ended school on Wednesday and on our way to dinner and our annual end of the year celebration we saw the IZOD car and drivers. Demi may be the smallest Indy driver yet. We also celebrated her 9th birthday a little early yesterday with friends and family and she is sporting her new swimsuit from Target and her new peace necklace from Groovy's in Forney. It is really hard to believe that she will be 9 on the 15th of this month. And finally there is Brylee, my niece of almost 4 months. Isn't she just the cutest and so stylish. By the way my lil sister Sheri makes all of her bows to match each outfit. I hope everyone has had a great weekend and enjoyed their time with family and friends and like us got to hear a great message about HD moments at church with Demi being blessed with a series of games about how to deal with life experiences, forgiveness and zooplosion. My good friend Shari delivered teh message today for our youth and was fabulous. Hugs and love!!!

It is the LAST day of school!!!!

It has really been a great year but this momma is so glad it is over. Time to enjoy the summer and our friends and family without the hustle and bustle of mornings and bedtime routines.

So here is another freebie from the Picture People for a Portrait. Since the Sears one did not work out I am going to take advantage of this one soon. It has been 5 years since we had a professional portrait so i am really looking forward to having one this summer~Demi will be 9 on the 15th of this month so it is about time right?

Today I am thankful.....6.1.09

Don't we all have so much to be thankful for today if we just look around we will see our blessings right in front of us.....Today I am thankful for/that...

1. My faith
2. My family
3. My dd and for being a mom- best job in the world and also the toughest some days
4. My friends
5. My home
6. Our pooch
7. Our good health - I saw this show last night about the lady with the giant legs - anyone see this? OMgoodness I dont know what inspires this courageous woman to get up everyday and go like she does but she does!
8. My business...I think...no seriously I have loved being in business for the past 14 years and am thankful I have been able to work, take care of Demi by myself for the most part and everything else that I am abe to do - could not do what I do if I didnt have the business and work from home. I am praying that something will happen soon so I can make some money - I am starting to worry a little about being able to provide food and the basic essentials for us but will remain faithful!
